Last night, for the fifth time, I was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Peoples' Committee of Da Nang. It has been an honor and a privilege to have worked for the past 16 years to improve the quality of rehabilitation provided at the public hospitals of Da Nang for patients with neurological problems.
